GRAND YUNNAN IMPERIAL - 30g Also know as "surgeon's tea" as it awakens without overstimulating, this tea has a honeyed scent and is ideal in the morning. DARJEELING MARGARET'S HOPE - 30g Darjeeling Margaret's Hope is a second flush Darjeeling from the high Himalayan highlands. Woody and fruity with plenty of character, it invigorates without overstimulating. DONG DING - 40g Considered one of Taiwan's most superb oolongs, this tea offers the floral notes of a low oxidized oolong alongside the fruity notes of a Fancy oolong.
